As a 25 minute dry float is the equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep, you may often find us sneaking a quick ‘power nap’ on the dry float! 180 litres of warm water supports and envelops you as you float weightlessly without getting wet (you only need to remove your shoes). The calming music, soft lights and gentle drifting remove all tension and strain from your muscles and joints. This is now one of our most popular treatments and comes highly recommended!

Esqué Double Scrubble Skin Smoothing Body Polisher

This all over intensive body exfoliation treatment is the perfect preparation before your spray tan or as a revitalising, body booster pick me up. Exfoliating mitts will stimulate circulation and help your body to shed loose dead skin cells while a professional scrub will effectively help to shifty the more stuborn dead skin to leave you feeling buffed and radiant.
Hopi Ear Candles (P)

Quite possibly our most unusual treatment passed on from ancient Hopi tribe of red Indians (directly to us, of course).A canvas tube coated in bees wax, herbs and essential oils is gently placed in the opening of the ear and then lit from the top. The warmth creates a chimney effect during out impurities and aiding the rebalancing of ears and sinuses. The treatment has a record of success in treating stress, headaches, migraines, hearing impairment, hayfever and lack of balance. It is extremely relaxing and achieves excellent results.
