About Esqué

We quite often get asked “what does Esqué mean?”…well it’s probably easier to say what Esqué is.

Esqué is a white, fluffy cloud to sit on when you’re tired. A ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. A fluffy rabbits tail…in fact, it’s all those things that make you feel good and happy about yourself. If we could sum up Esqué in one word…that word would be, ‘care’. We care. We care about you, about the environment, about our staff – in fact, if we could pick up the whole world and wrap it in a warm, fluffy towel...we would.

We’re really pleased that other people realise how much we care and we’re very proud to have received lots of lovely, shiny awards over the years. They’re all on show in reception for you to see - but our favourite is the British Beauty Award for ‘Salon of the Year’.

We care about the environment

We like to do our bit to make the green bits a little more green and the sparkly bits a little more sparkly. So we only use electricity from Good Energy who send us 100% renewable energy from UK hydro and wind farms. All of our plastic, paper and glass waste is sent for recycling and, where possible, our cleaning products are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. We only use organic cotton wool and all our printing and stationary use recycled or eco-friendly paper…even our toilet paper is recycled!

We care about you and our staff

We believe it’s the little things that make a difference, so to make our treatments even more fantastic we use Hydrotherm in most of our treatment rooms. What’s Hydrotherm? Well, we think it’s the best thing since the couch replaced the floor. You lie on special, warm water-filled pads and this provides perfect spinal alignment during your treatment which means greater comfort and relaxation for you. During massage, Hydrotherm works with your body so we can target problem areas more effectively - it’s also less tiring for your therapist so not only will you experience an amazing treatment, you’ll also see a happier, more smiley therapist.

We think our therapists are the best - the best at what they do, the best at being happy, the best at making sure you're really looked after. In fact, our therapists are so good, we think they're about as close to angels as you can get.
