Booking and cancellation policy
To avoid disappointment it’s a good idea to book a good 2 weeks in advance to make sure that you get the time that is right for you. Unless you are an Elect member we need to take a deposit the time of booking as we no longer reserve appointments with credit or debit cards.
If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise we regret that we will automatically use the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Just call, email or text to let us know if you can’t make it. If we’re closed, just leave a message as it will be time-stamped and we’ll know when you phoned.
Online booking - If you would like to avoid paying the 50% deposit simply book and manage you appointments by using our online booking facility here. Only a small deposit is taken, but please note in the event or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice tthe remainder of the 50% will be charged to your card.
To make the most of your treatment, it’s a good idea to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking or bad traffic. In most cases we book out slightly longer than your actual treatment time, so we recommend that you allow an extra 15 minutes at the end of your appointment so you can leave relaxed and refreshed instead of worrying about how much time is left on your parking!
If you arrive late as a result of pesky traffic or an unexpected hold up, we will do our best to accomodate you but please understand that we may have to reduce your treatement time, or in the case of a short appointment, we may not be able to do your treatment at all which will result in a missed appointment charge.
Looking after our clients can sometimes result in us running a little behind schedule. We make every effort to run on time but sometimes life throws us a curve ball and we have to deal with some tricky, delicate or emotional situations. We know that your time is precious so if we are unable to take you into your treatment within 20 minutes of your schedued start time, we’ll let you have your treatment for free as way of an apology. (Please note that if you are booked in for several treatments at once, your shortest treatment will not be charged should your therapist be running over 20 minutes late. We measure our timings by the satellite clock in the client lounge).

Courses are designed for you to gain maximum benefit whilst saving some pennies. As treatments should be taken at regular intervals, courses are valid for 12 months from date
of purchase so best to book your treatments up front for the best results. Unfortunately course items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do a lot of grown up things here at Esqué with a lot of grown up people and unfortunately we can’t look after little ones at the same time - no matter how well behaved they may be. For safety reasons we do not allow children under 12 into the salon so you will need to leave them in the care of a magical, Mary Poppins type person, with whom they will no doubt have a lot more fun!
Mobile phones and ambience
Esqué is all about relaxation and getting away from it all so please switch off or silence your phone and keep noise levels to a minimum whilst in the salon. This is not only so you will be able to enjoy your time out more, but also to ensure that our other clients are not disturbed.
As a big thank you from us, every time you have a treatment* or treat yourself to a lovely new product, you’ll automatically earn loyalty points. Every 100 points = £2.50. You can use your points to pay for treatments but only once you have enough for a complete treatment. To make things easier, whether you have your treatment at peak or off peak times, we always reward your points at peak rate and points are also redeemed at peak rate. Your points balance can be found on your receipt…now the best things in life really can be free!
*unfortunately, points cannot be awarded on promotions or courses.
Make up loyalty card
For those of you who love make-up and love Minerals even more, we have a special loyalty card. Collect stamps with your Mineral make-up purchases and once you have 10 on your card; you’ll receive a £25 voucher to spend on more beautiful Minerals!
Pick up a reward card at reception and you’ll find full information about the scheme on the back. Points are awarded for online purchases as well as items bought in-store, so you can benefit from the convenience of buying online and have the added bonus or earning reward points!
Gifts at Esqué
Whatever the occasion, Esqué gift vouchers are the perfect choice. You can purchase online through our website, over the phone, or pop in to see us – we’re open 6 days a week and open late most weeknights. Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be for any value or treatment. They are very flexible and allow the recipient to choose whatever they wish. We also have a gift-wrapping service in store as well as online and our fabulous, friendly reception staff are simply the best at suggesting the perfect present idea should you be stuck!

We always like to know what you think of our treatments, brochure, website or even what heaven rating you’d give a treatment. If you visit our website, there’s an online questionnaire where you can tell us what you think and we have feedback cards in our client lounge as well. We treat all your comments as ‘top secret’ so you really can tell it to us straight! If you like what we do please tell your therapist (a pat on the back is always nice to receive) and spread the word. If for any reason we’ve not come up to scratch, please tell us at the time of your treatment - if we know you’re unhappy, we’ll do our very best to fix things!
