Tiered pricing

Our appointments are charged at different rates depending on the time of day. If you are lucky enough to have a bit of spare time during the week days (before 4.30pm) then our prices are a bit lower...we call this ‘off-peak'. Our evening appointments (week days after 4.30pm) as well as any weekend appointments are at ‘peak rate'.

Appointments with our senior therapists are charged at peak rate all the time. Appointments with our Beauty Experts are extra special and have very limited availability so these are charged at 20% above peak rate. Please do let us know when you are booking if you would like to request treatment with a particular therapist.

Shhhhh!

Esqué is all about relaxation and getting away from it all, so we ask you to switch off your phone the moment you arrive. This is not only so you will be able to relax more, but also to ensure that our other clients are not disturbed. Don't think that you'll be able to sneak it on mid treatment either...specially trained mobile phone police patrol the salon and it's really not a good idea to get on the wrong side of them!

Generous treatment times

We're here to look after you, so we book out more than the treatment time shown to ensure your treat is relaxed and unhurried. To make the most of your treatment, it's a good idea to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking, bad traffic or use the extra time at the end to just sit and get yourself together before you continue with your day.

Parking

There are several parking areas near the salon, there are some spaces just outside (parking is charged via the meters at £1 per hour - max 1 hour directly outside the salon but other roads around us can be up to 2 hours for £1.80. Be warned, the council like to make life difficult and so the meters don't give you change!), alternatively there is a multi storey car park further down Bedford Street. Try not to park in the Marks and Spencers parking area, it is very heavily patrolled and has a maximum stay of 1 hour...the little man who looks after it likes to earn his money....but he is very nice with it!!

Children at Esqué

We love kids....they're great! However, we do a lot of grown up things here at Esqué with a lot of grown up people and unfortunately we can't look after little ones at the same time - no matter how well behaved they may be.

The bowler hatted grumps at our insurance company have also asked that we do not allow children into the salon for their own safety, so whilst we really would like to oblige, we have to ask that you leave them in the care of a magical, Mary Poppins type person, where they will no doubt have a lot more fun!

For our young lady clients under 16 who would like to have some pampering with us, we will need a sensible grown up type to come along with them to sign a few boring forms (what a shame - that means you need to come and relax as well!)
