NASA scientists have shown that particular wave lengths of LED light therapy have positive effects on the body’s ability to regenerate and repair tissue. Phototherapy is the interaction of light, delivered through Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), to activate cell receptors causing them to produce collagen or multiply. LEDs offer a totally natural, heat free method of skin rejuvenation. The light from the LEDs interacts with cells and stimulates them to produce new collagen and elastin, helping to counteract the effects of skin ageing and also enhancing and prolonging the effects of other skin care products and treatments.
