When buying Elect Membership online, just print off your customisable voucher after ordering and take it into the salon to exchange for your Elect pack. The complimentary treatment vouchers & Elect details are all included in the pack. Unfortunately we cannot post the packs due to the fragile nature of the packaging.
If you are buying membership as a gift, we may call or email you upon receipt of your order to clarify certain details for the recipient which are not always provided through the online order process.
