The Focus Dual combines Fractional Radio Frequency Microneedling with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), giving unrivalled results for non-surgical skin tightening. The device treats the skin at every layer, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, reducing the appearance of stretch marks and scars, and improving skin tone.
RF Microneedling (Price Guide £160-£500 depending on area)
Collagen and elastin are responsible for the skin’s firmness and elasticity but over time these deplete significantly causing signs of ageing. The Focus Dual increases production of these proteins in two distinct ways. Microneedling uses ultra-fine needles to penetrate the dermis layer of the skin, provoking the skin’s natural healing response. This causes new tissue, rich in collagen and elastin, to be produced. Radio frequency is simultaneously delivered, heating the skin to accelerating the collagen induction process and speed up recovery. In the moment, it can be a little uncomfortable in areas but is worth it for the results! Clients report low levels of discomfort and the skin can feel very warm for a couple of hours after treatment but any redness caused by the needles quickly subsides, meaning that Focus Dual treatments do not require any downtime.
After your treatment you will see a smoothing of visible fine lines and a reduction in the appearance of pores for fresh bright and tight skin. Results can be seen after just one session. However, a minimum of two and up to six treatments, at four week intervals, deliver the best results depending on the skin concern
HIFU (Price Guide £285-£750 depending on area)
HIFU uses ultrasound to heat the skin as deep as the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) layer. This is the layer tightened by surgeons during aesthetic surgery. The Focus Dual delivers HIFU as part of a minimally invasive treatment. As collagen is stimulated, skin appears smoother, plumped up and more youthful. A tingling sensation may be experienced during the procedure and skin may feel warm post-treatment but there is no down time.
Your results continue to improve up to 12 weeks post treatment. The Focus Dual HIFU technology can be adjusted to a range a depths, depending on your level of concern, to reduce lines and wrinkles, crepeyness, laxity and excess fat.
In terms of results you can expect real changes that lift, firm and tighten jawlines, sculpt cheekbones, reduce under eye bags and lift brow areas.
We recommend one to three treatments per year, depending on your skin laxity.
Most clients begin to see results 2-3 weeks after their first treatment. As collagen and elastin production increases, results improve over time. The full effect of the procedure is typically seen around 12 weeks after the final treatment.
RF Microneedling and HIFU are separate treatments but work amazingly together to get advanced non surgical anti ageing effects.
