Monday 9-7
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9-8
Friday 9-7
Saturday 9-5.30
Sunday 10.30-3.30
ON ARRIVAL
There is a doorbell entry system so please arrive at your appointment time and ring the bell. Your therapist will welcome you through the intercom and buzz you in. If you arrive early, your therapist may be with another guest so please keep to your appointment time to avoid any inconvenience.
If you require gift vouchers, products or bookings, these can all be actioned online or do email us (info@esquebeauty.com) or call (01926 833311) and leave a message if no answer. We will get back to you as soon as a team member is available to help or to schedule a collection time for you.
YOUR VISIT
You will receive a pre visit form by email a day or two before your appointment. Please ensure this is completed and returned before your visit. This allows us to reduce waiting time and to identify any needs or requirements before you come into the salon.
If requested, your therapist can wear a type IIR mask during your treatment. For guests, masks are no longer mandatory. Gloves will continue to be worn for hygiene purposes during required treatments. Your therapist will ensure that their hands are thoroughly washed before commencing any treatment(s).
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise that cannot be helped, however we have to operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for our business to function. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. We offer appointment reminders to help you and you can also manage your appointments online up to 24 hours before your booking.
PRICES
If you visit regularly and want to save, our annual Elect Membership programme offers you 10% off treatments & products. Courses are also available for all treatments. Purchase 6 and only pay for 5 or purchase 12 and only pay for 9. All courses are valid for 12 months from date of purchase so please make sure that you book your treatments in. They can be easily managed through our ‘Esqué Beauty’ App.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Refreshments
We have a filter water dispenser in the client lounge along with recyclable cups but, to avoid waste, we would love it if you bring a refillable water bottle with you.
Music / Reading Material
If service suitable please bring your choice of book/ magazine/ iPad with you. Relaxation music is available in all treatment rooms but if you prefer your own music, do bring it along with your headphones to enjoy.
Parking
Please find suitable parking for the duration of your visit as we cannot add a ticket to your car or allow you to exit and re enter in your appointment time. Please check the details carefully to ensure that you are aware of any time limitations. There is on street pay and display / Ringo parking for up to an hour outside the salon or the nearest longer stay car parks are St Peters & Covent Garden, each just a few minutes walk from Esqué.
Children & Pets
For safety and relaxation purposes, we are not able to allow children under the age of 12 into the salon. Children aged 12 and over may book in for treatment(s) but must have a parent or guardian with them at all times and an underage consent form must be signed prior to treatment.
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in the salon, again for safety and relaxation purposes.
